Hola CT/NG/MG/TV/ and MH/UU/UP/GV Lyo PCR Kits (RUO) are designed for manual qualitative detection and differentiation of Chlamydia trachomatis (CT), Neisseria gonorrhoeae (NG), Mycoplasma genitalium (MG), Trichomonas vaginalis (TV) and Mycoplasma hominis (MH), Ureaplasma urealyticum (UU), Ureaplasma parvum (UP), Gardnerella vaginalis (GV) by real-time PCR.
