Hola Salmonella enterica Lyo PCR Kit ís designed for qualitative detection of Salmonella enterica DNA. The kit is based on amplification of specific part of the gene for type III secretion system protein InvA by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and measurement of the concentration of the specific product using specific probes labelled with a fluorescent dye.
