The Hola Mycoplasma pneumoniae Lyo PCR Kit enables highly sensitive detection of Mycoplasma pneumoniae thanks to the multicopy 16S rRNA target sequence. The PCR reaction is 100% specific and does not interact with other mycoplasma species.
