Hola Nipah Virus Lyo PCR Kit is designed for detection of the presence of Nipah Virus nucleic acids by real-time RT-PCR. Nipah Virus is detected by targeting the N gene conservative region. The required sample type is RNA extracted from tree saps, leaves and fruits contaminated by fruit bats (genus Pteropus). The device provides qualitative detection. Device is intended for research use only (RUO).
