The Hola Enterovirus Lyo PCR Kit enables the qualitative detection of a broad range of enteroviruses, including Coxsackieviruses, Echoviruses, Polioviruses, and other non-polio Enteroviruses. The assay also detects clinically important genotypes such as EV-A71, EV-D68, and the emerging EV-C104 strain.

Targeting the 5′ untranslated region (5′UTR) of the viral genome, the kit provides high sensitivity and broad inclusivity. It is designed for use with cerebrospinal fluid and upper respiratory tract samples, supporting timely diagnosis of viral meningitis, encephalitis, and respiratory infections. The lyophilized format ensures convenient storage, simplified preparation, and long-term stability — making it ideal for both centralized laboratories and decentralized or resource-limited settings.
