The Hola Adenovirus Lyo PCR Kit is a real-time PCR assay for the qualitative detection of human adenovirus, a common cause of upper respiratory tract infections, particularly in pediatric and immunocompromised populations.

The assay targets the major capsid protein gene, ensuring high sensitivity and specificity. Designed for nasal cavity and nasopharyngeal samples, the kit supports timely diagnosis and outbreak monitoring. Its lyophilized format simplifies storage, eliminates cold chain requirements, and reduces hands-on time — making it ideal for both centralized laboratories and decentralized or resource-limited settings.
